Scottish fiddle player formerly resident in London, with an album of traditional-style tunes - accompanied by guitarist Chris Boland.
Originally from Edinburgh, Donald Stewart has played for a number of Scottish country dance bands around London. He was a founding member President of Edinburgh's Crown Folk Club and the London Feis, as well as a member of Bogannach and The Amazing Spootiskerry Ceilidh Band with the Marwick brothers.
The tunes on this album are either written by Donald, or traditional favourites collected over his many years of playing.
