Returns Policy Please use only First Class (UK) or Standard Airmail (international) for items returned to us for any reason. We do not offer compensation for the increased expense of other carriage services. You may cancel all or part of your order at any time before it is despatched - please contact us for despatch status. If your order has already been despatched, please return the unwanted item(s) to us UNOPENED, or in the original condition, within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund the original item price (for non-UK customers, this refund does not include the original shipping charge). Damaged or faulty items, or any item despatched by us in error, should be returned to the address below. Please include a detailed description of any fault. Your card will be refunded for your return postage costs, and a replacement item sent if you request one. We do not offer a refund for any USED items which are not found to be faulty.
