10 tracks: Scotland Tomorrow * Massacre Of Glencoe * Glasgow Dan * Edmonton Scottish * Gypsy Rover * Follow The Blackbird * The Band Played Waltzing Matilda * Happy Hooligans * Glenfarg Bull * Scotland Again.

Gordon Menzies (vocals, guitar, mandoline) and Robin Watson (vocals, 12 string guitar) with Iain Mackintosh (concertina, pipes), Colin Finn (drums, percussion), Jim Divers (bass guitar) and Drew Hamill (pedal steel guitar).

Here, Gordon and Robin tell of some of the backgrounds to this collection of songs:

'Scotland Tomorrow' is a song for Scotland, past, present and future. Jim MacLean's song 'The Massacre of Glencoe' exudes feelings of sadness and gloom that are tangible when walking in the glen, even now.

'Glasgow Dan' is a song in remembrance of a character who played his melodeon and sang his songs all over the country. 'Edmonton Scottish' is dedicated to the many Gaberlunzie friends, at home and abroad, with whom we have enjoyed many a ceilidh. 'Gypsy Rover' is included as one of our favourite numbers and most requested songs.

'And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda' is a powerful song by Eric Bogle, that tells the story of the Australian and New Zealand troops who suffered great losses at the hands of the Turks at Gallipoli and Suvla during the Great War. 'Happy Hooligans' captures the mood of Scotland's football supporters, the Tartan Army, the finest support in the world.

And finally, 'Scotland Again', a song written by H Barry to a tune by A Mason (of Fiddlers Rally fame). This song was first released as a single by Gaberlunzie and is now recorded by many of Scotland's top artists as an anthem for our country.
