Chris Norman's stunning flute playing has featured with fiddler Alasdair Fraser's Skyedance band, who played some of the music for the film Titanic.

The previous album from the Chris Norman Ensemble, The Caledonian Flute, stylishly combined old Scots tunes with a double bass line, guitar and percussion.

On this album Chris has given the same treatment to an eclectic mix of traditional tunes, and even some songs with guests Suzie LeBlanc and David McGuinness, with a Christmas festive theme which could be appreciated at any time of year.
