Scottish singer-songwriter, recorded in Edinburgh and Copenhagen. Third solo CD from one of Scotland's most accomplished and individual songwriters, with influences and arrangements drawn from the Scottish tradition, classical string music, Americana and Klezmer.

Nick Keir (vocals, guitar, mandolin, whistles, harmonica) with Emily Smith, Trine Brosbøl Hansen, Jenny Siri Dreijer and Denise Stockman (backing vocals), Aaron Jones (bass), Donald Hay (percussion), Øyvind Ougaard (accordion, piano, Hammond), Morten Ryelund (violin), Arendse Dalgaard (violin), Nanna Gangelhof-Smith (viola) and Tanja Hesse (cello).

Reflecting Nick's wide range of musical interests, his song writing is varied, confident and contemplative. With strong melodies and perceptive lyrics this is his best album yet.
