In January 2012, BBC Alba screened Beware The Vatersay Boys, a one hour documentary charting their lives during the six months before the band's gig at the Glasgow Barrowlands on Hogmanay. From their jobs on Barra as postman, bin man and fisherman, to a session in the local pub in Castlebay, then a lively gig in the tent at Barra Fest, getting ready to tour Scotland.
