Cathy-Ann MacPhee is one of Scotland's finest Gaelic singers.

This is her first album since 1994, featuring many of her all-time favourite Gaelic songs - several associated with her childhood on Barra.

Her first album Canan Nan Gaidheal is still regarded as a classic Gaelic release.

With Mairi MacInnes (backing vocals), Wendy Stewart (clarsach), Tony McManus (guitars), Neil Martin (cello), Iain MacDonald (flute and small pipes) and Ewen Vernal (bass).

Cathy-Ann’s voice was recorded in Canada and Tony McManus, who produced and played guitar, oversaw the instrumental dubbing in Scotland. Dedicated to friends who are no longer with us - John McGrath, Tony Cuffe and Davy Steele.
