PayPal gift vouchers

Recipients of our Gift Vouchers must have or register for a PayPal account in order to redeem the voucher which you send them. This safeguard is intended to protect all parties involved. Purchasers do not require a PayPal account. Signing up with PayPal is fast, free and secure.

These vouchers can only be used at MusicScotland. There are no extra fees or expiry dates for our vouchers. Any extra balance due for an order will be applied from the recipient's PayPal account.

For security purposes, purchasers must provide the email address of the intended recipient (it is recommended that purchasers verify the recipient's email address). The recipient of a voucher shops here and enters their redemption code during checkout (choose redeem a gift voucher as the payment method).

Vouchers can be emailed to the recipient on a chosen date, or printed and given directly. Vouchers which include an email address are non-transferable but printed vouchers (not specifying an email address) are transferable between individuals.

Vouchers can be cancelled by the purchaser within 60 days. PayPal's security measures ensure that no one else can redeem a voucher except for the intended recipient. This is also an additional safeguard if the recipient accidentally deletes or loses the voucher. Recipients can also cancel a voucher - the refund will go to the purchaser.

Please note - choosing a correct currency here is not essential, as PayPal account holders may receive gift voucher credit in any currency, including those not shown here. Currencies will be converted at the PayPal checkout.
