If you do not receive a response, please:

• leave a message along with your return telephone number - landline only, we cannot return a call to a mobile phone number.
• or try calling again later - office hours are normally Mon-Fri 0900-1800 GMT.

If your call relates to an outstanding order, you may receive an email response to your call with full details of your order.

You cannot order by these methods, for reasons due mainly to your payment security:

• PayPal payments submitted by telephone - you must always enter these yourself through our secure RBS WorldPay / PayPal checkout.
• email or fax - this includes payment card numbers.
• PayPal eCheques
• bank transfer or wire transfer
• over the counter - we do not sell direct to the public from any premises.

You can order by cheque or postal order - our address is also where you should post items for return to us:

• IMPORTANT - please note:
• this is not a shop which holds stock and you cannot place, return or collect orders in person here.
• if you are ordering by cheque or postal order, you must enclose payment for the full amount in £UK pounds sterling only, made payable to MusicScotland - otherwise your payment will be returned to your address, or destroyed if you have not provided a return address.
• UK and EU customers please remember to add VAT , customers outwith the UK please remember to add the delivery charge.
• As your payment needs to clear before we can despatch your order to you, you should allow up to 5 working days extra processing time on top of the normal despatch period.
• do not send cash or payment card details by post.

You'll probably find it most convenient to order online using your payment card. You can also order by telephone using your payment card or by cheque/postal order . Our accepted ordering and payment methods allow us to provide the largest range of products to you, at the most competitive price, and with the greatest payment security.

How to order online

Use our Google search (at the top of this page) or browse the catalogue to locate a CD, DVD, book, sheet music or CDROM title.

By clicking on ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET on any catalogue page, you place the item in your Shopping Basket. Any item can be removed later if you change your mind by clicking on View Basket (top right of every page). Two prices are shown, depending on whether you are required to payValue Added Tax (VAT, or sales tax) for your delivery country. The VAT-inclusive price only applies to orders for delivery in the UK and EC Europe. Other customers worldwide do not pay VAT.

Use the currency converter as a guide for converting prices from £UK pounds to $US dollars, Euro or other currencies. You can check the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on View Basket. You can also change quantities or remove items here - remember to UPDATE BASKET. Once you have entered several items into your basket, you can SAVE SHOPPING LIST for one month, and BRING BACK SHOPPING LIST to add these items back to your basket again.

Once you have finished shopping, click CHECKOUT NOW (top right of each page) to process your delivery address.

Your order is then transferred to RBS WorldPay, one of the UK's leading online payment processors. You can also use your verified PayPal account here. You can overwrite your delivery address here with your correct billing address, if this is different.

Your credit/debit card or PayPal payment is then processed securely with instant authorisation and confirmation of your completed order. Your card is charged with the amount shown in your chosen currency -UK pounds, US dollars or Euro. Your order will not be processed until you have fully completed this stage.
