Our Refund and Return Policy
- You have the right to cancel all or part of your order at any time before it is despatched by us, for a full refund of your original payment. Please just let us know by email or telephone.
- If your order has already been despatched, you may return any unwanted item(s) to us UNOPENED within 7 days of receipt. In this case we can refund your original item price, but not any associated international outbound or return postage charges.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns of non-faulty items which have had their shrinkwrap removed.
- You should check the PAL/NTSC format and Region compatibility of DVDs with your specific player before purchasing.
Return Procedure- Please use only First/Second Class (UK) or Standard/Economy Airmail (international) for items returned to us for any reason. We do not offer compensation for the higher cost of other carriage services.
- Faulty items will be checked after return, so please include a detailed description of any fault (eg track 6 skips after 30 seconds) - we must be able to confirm specific faults. Your card will be refunded for your return postage costs if a fault is confirmed, and a replacement sent wherever possible.
- To ensure safe transit, item(s) should be wrapped in the original delivery package, or one of better quality.
- If you have already opened your package, it would help us if you could enclose a printout of any related email message from us, and/or your receipt. Otherwise please leave the package sealed, with our return address marked.
- You may be able to 'refuse' an unopened package with the postal service, for free return back to us.
- US and other Non-EU Customers: for UK Customs purposes (the green sticker), please declare your package as "Returned Goods" and the value as less then US $20 / UK £15.
- If you require a replacement title, we can only arrange to send this if the current price is the same or less than the original title ordered. Otherwise, you should order any replacement items separately, at any time.
- We do not store your payment card details for security reasons, and so cannot charge extra payments on your behalf.
- Any refund will occur within 7 days of order cancellation or receipt of returned items, on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
