Musicians featured on the CD include Aaron Jones (Craobh Rua) on 10 string bouzouki, Kris Drever on double bass, Malcom Stitt (Boys of the Lough and Deaf Shepherd) on guitar and Sarah MacFadyen on fiddle. The sound has been described as bright, sparkling and fresh yet it retains a sparse feel with the emphasis on understatement as opposed to cluttering the music. Since moving to Scotland Leo has developed a keen interest in playing pipe music on the the two row button box and there are a good few pipe tunes on the album. It is Leos intention to have the button box restored to levels of popularity in Scotland it once enjoyed. In addition to performing on the album, Malcom Stitt did all the recording in his home. Leo and Malcom used to share this flat along with top fiddler Aidan O Rourke and it was well known for many wild music sessions. Reviews: "inventive, contemporary, well packaged with precise respect for the tunes...... a superb album" (BBC RADIO SCOTLAND) "His playing is beautifully crisp and fresh , with a lovely lift to it, and without any hint of self-indulgence....great music, splendidly performed - all in all this is a little gem of an album."
