Despatch

Our usual despatch time is next working day after your order. Titles marked LONGER DESPATCH take longer to despatch, with a timescale as indicated on the title's page. We will email you as soon as possible if there is likely to be any delay in despatch of your order.

Delivery

Postage (shipping) and packing charges are calculated by total weight of your ordered items. Your postage charge will be displayed in your shopping cart and depends on your location and items ordered. Please note that after our despatch, delivery by any particular date is wholly dependent on UK Royal Mail and the postal service in your country, and we cannot guarantee or predict delivery dates. Package tracking is NOT available with our current delivery services. We can only confirm that your order has been despatched within our promised timescale.
