Debut album from the duo, creating imaginative instrumental arrangements of traditional melodies from different regions of the celtic world.

The current Albanach Duo, formed in 2010, are Russell Ballantine and Paul Devery, both experienced performers, having played in many bands, quartets and trios.

They use nylon and steel string guitars and the dobro for slide playing. The title of the CD represents the instruments weaving with each other to create a new musical soundscape of these well known Scottish tunes.
