The Pictish Player, the Scottish Country Dance/Jazz Band, have been providing music for Highland balls, private dances, weddings etc.. Since 1960. In spite of other commitments and wide geographical spread, the Players have at last got together in a remote corner of Scotland for long enough, just, to produce this recording of their unique sound.
